the room is damp... so it's stuffy the water pipe in the toilet doesn't go in quickly so the water stagnate like a flood And minus the AC, it's not cold at all for breakfast it's really good, complete the location is also good, city center

The hotel is suitable for vacation and business, if I go to Malang ... I plan to stay again at this Aliante hotel .... the family is very happy .... although the requested room was side by side but it was not fulfilled. Hopefully in the future the request can be served. thx

It was a pleasure to stay here because it was comfortable, safe, quiet, very family friendly, clean, spacious room, clean bathroom, bright, there was a water heater, in the city center, the staff were friendly. There were welcome drinks and snacks, free ice cream. The swimming pool was comfortable and there was a gym too. Alhamdulillah it did not disappoint. Thank you very much for the hospitality of The Aliante Hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the service is very good. I request a room above, a smoking room, it can be served. Some of the obstacles I experienced "in my room": the ceiling leaks water when it rains, taking a shower using a bathtub but without blinds/curtains so water splashes everywhere, some furniture and furnishings seem to be worthy of maintenance. Suggestions for lights, if possible use lights that have warmer lighting, not all white, or at least have some light points that are warmer in color.. I still give a full smile rating, hopefully in the future it can be better, even though it is faced with the onslaught of competition and massive efficiency by the government which certainly has an impact on this sector.. keep up the spirit :D

stayed here for 2 nights + bf. because I was on a Bromo trip so I couldn't have the bf buffet on the first day, but I requested that the bf be placed in the room, and then eat it after the trip. I didn't expect the bf to go to the room, there were so many bfs provided. the next day I tried breakfast right away, there were so many variations of food and they were delicious except for the porridge 😂✌️. because I'm from Bandung, in my opinion Malang porridge tastes strange, not as delicious as Bandung porridge. but the others are okay. thank you Aliantee ❤️🥰.
