The room is spacious and the food is really tasty. I will stay here again in the future.

For that budget, it's quite comfortable, the room is spacious, the bathroom is also spacious, the water is smooth, the lights are bright using white light so it's not dim, unfortunately the windows face the wall, access to everywhere is close because it's in the city center, there are lots of street food around the hotel. In shaa ALLAH next time I go to Solo, I'll stay here again. oh yeah, for the staff at the front door, it would be better if they were on standby on the spot, so they can help guests who have just arrived with lots of luggage.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful with the service, only in the hotel corridor there is no AC so it is a bit hot. For food it is a bit less suitable but there are quite a lot of choices. Strategic location, if you want to walk around the hotel there are many shops selling

never want to stay here again.. 1. the hallway looks dirty, the walls and ceiling have water marks 2. the hallway on the 3rd floor has lots of stains 3. before the guest enters, the room is not cleaned, forced to ask housekeeping to mop it again 4. this room feels like a warehouse 5. the top headboard is full of dust 6. the sink is clogged 7. the room doesn't smell good 8. the elevator is old and the queue is long, there are no stairs in front. 9. the price per room at the hotel next door should be better. 10. parking is difficult 11. the inside walls of the room are uncomfortable, full of water marks 12. doesn't the owner or manager think about room and hotel maintenance? 13. There is a billiard table on the 5th floor, initially happy because the kids like to play but when we went upstairs, we were very disappointed, the billiard table was broken and worn out, the equipment was incomplete, full of insulation patches 14. Breakfast is not very varied 15. Tired from out of town, booked 2 rooms, got a room like this.. very disappointed 16. The only advantage is that it is close to the city's hustle and bustle and the staff is friendly, otherwise there is nothing.

The staff is friendly, check in and out time is easy and not complicated, the room size is quite large, the bathroom is okay, there are stains on the bed sheets, the AC is cold.

for the 2nd time staying here.. the room is ok.. the toilet is ok.. wifi is ok.. AC is ok.. hot water in the toilet is ok.. service is ok, can check in at 13.00.. got a cheap price.. thank you
