A comfortable and strategic hotel, it's easy to buy anything because there's a mall.

Allow me to share my experience of staying two nights at this hotel. Overall, this hotel is quite good, but there are still many areas for improvement. 1. There was no prior confirmation upon check-in, asking for ID for a photo. I don't like having to take a photo and save it on the staff's phone. Usually, the procedure is just a photocopy by the hotel staff. 2. There's only one elevator. It can be quite a long wait if there's a group coming in. 3. The room is noisy above the ceiling, and there are lots of animals like rats running around, which is very annoying. 4. The room cleaners didn't check the list of items that needed to be prepared. There was only one towel, no mat, and a hair cup for bathing. For a two-night stay, something was always missing. 5. The parking lot is attached to the mall, which can be a bit of a hassle if you bring a lot of luggage and park in the mall. However, there is free parking if you stay overnight with confirmation from the hotel staff. Other than that, 5. The restaurant is quite spacious, with a direct view of Jambi's iconic Batang Hari River. 6. The food is varied and quite tasty. 7. The room is comfortable and clean, both the bed and bathroom.

In the hotel room it was noisy because there were the sounds of mice running around upstairs, in the morning the smell of cooking from the restaurant came into the room

The AC isn't cold, apart from that, it's comfortable and the employees are friendly.

The location is very strategic, inside the mall, but yesterday I requested it when booking but it was not carried out properly, the telephone in the room also did not connect so it was difficult to communicate with the receptionist

The hotel staff is very friendly, but for that price the breakfast is just so-so, the facilities are ok, but you can still hear noise from outside in the room.

Comfortable and nice, close to the mall

Every time I go to Medan by land, via Jambi City, I always choose Wiltop. The interior looks even cooler...ugh! The staff are all very helpful and friendly. The service is great and the environment is clean. The lighting is bright, making it feel like home. The food is delicious, but the chicken porridge broth is a little lacking. Everyone likes the good and friendly service, clean rooms and delicious food, but honestly there is one thing that is very annoying. At night the roof of the room is very noisy like the sound of rats running around, honestly it is surprising during my stay in several hotels this is the first time I heard the sound of the roof of the room making noise from rats so it makes sleeping uncomfortable. At that time I got a room on the 3rd floor. Please pay attention again, I hope my input is accepted

The location is excellent, close to the WTC Jambi Mall. But the room wasn't very comfortable. You could hear rats running around upstairs, the AC wasn't cold enough, the bathroom smelled bad, the TV was still cable, not smart. The room wasn't perfumed, so it was a bit stuffy. The pillowcase had holes in it. I think one stay is enough.

Love it! Big room, okay breakfast.. The location is in the mall so it's very convenient, walking around is also possible.. Got a room with a view of the bridge.. Nice! But at night it's noisy with people playing karaoke.. Hehe.. So far I will come back again if I go to Jambi.
