For the place is clean, fragrant, & spacious. There is unlimited warm water, a swimming pool that can make children not fussy, the location is strategic in the middle of the city, but the minus is the limited car parking, so if it is full it is moved to another place.

The location is quiet, a bit inside but still close if you want to go anywhere. The atmosphere is comfortable, and very suitable for a vacation with family. A small note is only the limited parking location, so if you are a bit late parking can be separated from the hotel location (but only 30m or so)

Homey, close to the market, supermarket, laundry, the homestay is comfortable. The service is satisfying. Highly recommended if you go to Jogja, you must come here again. We always use the pantry hahahaha. Equipped/replaced again for the pans because the small pans are no longer good to use. For others, TOP BGT 🙏

Clean, fragrant and spacious room. Clean bathroom, water heater, soap, shampoo, toothbrush, towels and toilet paper available. For a price of less than 200 thousand, the facilities are okay. There is a swimming pool plus a smart TV in the room. At night there are mosquitoes although not many, that's why the bed net is provided. It doesn't bother me. Overall worth the price. But the room is not soundproof, I was very disturbed by the sound of people chatting outside the room, while singing and playing music loud enough to be heard inside the room. They were very loud, I brought a baby and woke up too. They chatted from night until 3 in the morning, only stopping during sahur. But once again this is only a specific case, the hotel atmosphere is actually very comfortable. Just sharing experiences.

spacious room, spacious bathroom, cold AC, cleanliness 9/10, standard service, cheap, there is a swimming pool, the swimming pool is also clean and can be used, there is 1 thing missing if you get an upper room using stairs, and the stairs are a bit narrow if you bring stuff, but for the price of 200-300, it's worth it.

I stayed in the family sweet room. The facilities are really good. Next time I will stay here again. The price is also very affordable for a family with a capacity of 6 people. 👍

It's been several times and always good, clean, cool and spacious rooms. Wifi is faster than other hotels. It's a must to come here, especially since the price is cheap. Maybe you can add cheap breakfast

For the service, the staff is super fast, friendly. The room is comfortable. Only the plug near the bed is lacking. Overall everything is comfortable and good. For the swimming pool which is not very clean. There is a lot of dirt in the water. The water tastes sour, I don't know why. Hopefully in the future it will be routine and can be cleaned every night. I was impressed staying here with my family. Hopefully I can come back again.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is very clean and fragrant, very comfortable and makes you feel at home and don't want to go anywhere else.

The staff is very friendly with affordable prices but the rooms are also cleaned every day. Staying for days is comfortable and there is a shared kitchen. The bathroom can be outdoor, a bit wondering if it can be seen from other buildings but it is covered by trees in the bathroom area, it should be safe. The room is spacious, there is a smart TV 👍 the AC is cold, just a bit leaky, maybe it's time for AC maintenance but the important thing is it's cold and safe.

Always come back to tigalima homestay because it is so homey, clean, the location is not far from anywhere. But it would be even better if every room smells good (air freshener like expensive hotels) so it adds to the impression.

Overall I like it, comfortable, clean, beautiful, quiet. But there are a lot of ants in the room, even though we didn't bring food. Try maintenance, call an insect repellent service (spray insect/ant repellent)

Got a room in the corner, near the warehouse. At night there was the sound of mice running on the ceiling of the room. The bathroom smelled, and there was no hexos. The room was cleaned every day, but the toilet tissue was not refilled, even though I stayed here for 3 nights

I've stayed here twice...the staff are very welcoming...living here feels like living in your own home...complete kitchen equipment...close to the market...around shops...laundry, restaurant...complete...top dech...five stars
