Hotel staff is friendly & the place is comfortable

The hotel staff are friendly, smile a lot, the car park is very spacious, but please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms etc.

Yesterday, at breakfast, the fried rice was a little stale. The rice was mushy and smelly. When I complained, they immediately took it off the menu.

The place is perfect for a holiday, clean, comfortable and tidy, the food is delicious.

I stayed here for two nights and the facilities were very comfortable. The Wi-Fi was smooth throughout the room, and the bed was soft. My room was next to the elevator and the guest entrance and exit, but it was quiet and didn't leak, making it a comfortable place to rest. However, since there was a bathtub in the bathroom, I wasn't used to using one, so I was a bit confused and struggled to shower. It wasn't a big deal, as long as the water was clean and hot. There's a gym behind the hotel, a minimarket next to the reception, and an ATM. Unfortunately, the parking for two-wheeled vehicles isn't safe from the rain, huhu.

I was surprised that a hotel priced under 500,000 Rupiah had a bathtub, and the room was also clean. - The bathroom was clean, except the toilet seat had a wobbly lid, and the bathtub faucet was too close to the bathtub. - The hotel room was nice and clean, with the AC cooling perfectly at the set temperature. However, the wooden wardrobe, perhaps due to its age, looked neglected and was also dirty on the sides. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi didn't reach my room on the second floor. 🥹 - The hotel facilities were good, the staff were all friendly, and the prayer room was spacious and clean, with ample prayer equipment. Besides the prayer room, there was also a fully equipped gym. Although the equipment looked like old gym equipment, it was still usable, and some of it was broken. But despite all these shortcomings, I enjoyed my stay here. 🫶🏻😍

Recommended for budget hotels, food variety is lacking, but sufficient and comfortable, according to budget. Really worth it.

Yesterday we lost an earring, we just realized it in the afternoon and told the staff, thank God it took less than 3 hours to get the earring and we were able to pick it up. Thank you for the credibility of the hotel and its staff.
