shuttle facilities are a plus point, but the fleet is lacking. operational hours are limited until 17:00 after that there is a charge. the first day using an operational vehicle, because it was more than operational hours there was a charge, I thought it was especially for us, it turned out the driver had to pick up other guests, we were left without the driver's contact number, after we wanted to return the vehicle had not returned, contacted the hotel but no one answered. after waiting 10-15 minutes, we were picked up.
the food presentation is very attractive, the taste and organoleptic are not very supportive of the set price. The serving time is long because maybe the focus is on the aesthetic standards of presentation.
the restaurant service for carry away breakfast is OK.
the facilities are very good for parents.
the swimming pool is poorly maintained.

Gedungnya sangat bagus, sangat nyaman dan kamarnya juga luas. High ceiling dan berdinding putih sehingga terasa sangat luas dan lapang. Pelayanannya juga ramah dan profesional.

The hotel is very quiet (there are only 4 visitors/guests) maybe because the price is quite high for the city of Cepu. The location is quite easy to find located close to the Oil and Gas Training Center and close to housing, close access to the city center. The swimming pool is not operating (dirty), the breakfast is very standard for a 5-star class, the environmental care is not good (the garden is not maintained).

Sangat menikmati saat menginap di Ammi Hotel. Hotelnya bersih, luas, kolam renang oke, pelayanan oke, staffnya ramah sekali. Worth it dengan harga segitu dan very recommended. Akan kembali ke Ammi saat ke cepu.

A 5 stars hotel serving for business travel people in the middle of small suburb, and is my hometown. Finally, after some years, me and my family can spend two days at this hotel. Thanks to Traveloka Epicsale! As for me, the exterior and interior was okay. The breakfast was not enjoyable, though I understand the situation that there were lot of empty room due to low season for business travel. The lawn was neglected and has a long grass, I thought we may have an earthing moment with my kids, but no. The swimming pool had a high chlorine content (we qualitatively evaluate by sniffing the water). You should do routine check and state the safety content of your pool (The limit for chlorine : 0.5-2 ppm; pH : 7.2-7.6). And the worst part was that, on the 2nd day, my room was attacked by a group of little blood sucker fellas. This shouldn’t be happened for a 5 star hotels. I was quite inconvenience as I have a baby. So I need to stay alert al night long to smacked that guys not to bite my baby. Despite all the shortcomings, I thank the hotel staff that were so hospitable!

spacious room, clean....breakfast was good, not outstanding. quiet far from nightlife...but if your looking for serenity, this is the place for you...fitness center was not open and the room was small, only had 3 equipment.....overall a good stay
