I have stayed at Santika Mega Bekasi twice. The main plus point is the breakfast which never fails in terms of taste and variety. Everything is delicious, especially yesterday's ketupat and opor Lebaran, very delicious. The room is clean, the swimming pool is small but clean. The staff service is very friendly. Maintenance is very quick when called. A little input for the shower room in the pool area, it is better to use a door, not a curtain that can flutter in the wind, so if you want to change clothes, it is uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything is good and we will definitely stay at Santika again.

The floor of the room was sticky and smelled like gasoline. In fact, a hotel like Santika should be very comfortable. I thought it was because my nose was too sensitive, but it turned out that my husband also smelled the same aroma. Finally, we mopped the floor using a bathroom mat, after that the floor was no longer sticky and the smell of gasoline was somewhat gone. It was just uncomfortable for me who has a sensitive sense of smell, because the sharp smell made my nose sore and runny. I wanted to complain about changing rooms, it was already night. So I was forced to just mop it and spray perfume so that the smell of gasoline was somewhat reduced. Sorry 🙏

Everything was good, the room, the accessibility because its inside a mall, but sometimes it only has 1 lift access available to the mall, then whenever you order grab or gojek to pick you up from lobby you still need to pay parking fee

Like to stay at santika, nice room air conditioning is cold. The pool is clean but in the morning the sun is very steady hehe. Children's pool for children to be safe. The bfast food is delicious too.

I booked a non-smoking room but was given a smoking room with the reason that all the rooms were full, just access to the room already smelled of cigarettes, inside the room also smelled of cigarette smoke from the sofa, from the curtains or who knows where, I have a cigarette smoke allergy and asthma to the point of shortness of breath. The floor was also a bit sticky and it felt like it hadn't been mopped. I asked to clean the cigarette smell but it was still there. Luckily I only stayed for a day.
