Even though I noted the room as non-smoking and asked to change rooms, the door locks were broken, the smell of cigarettes and the room smelled extremely unpleasant. Overall, this experience was very disappointing!

The room is not like the picture, it feels terrible, the blanket is dirty, the bed is sagging! If you have the location, you can walk to Vincom, the center of the walking street is close

The location is convenient for business traveling around. The room stuffs are too old, and the room size is too small. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel prices include breakfast, but there is no much thing to eat well. So, if you are a business traveller, and just looking a place to sleep, it is compromising acceptable. Will not back again. Business traveller.

Hotel rooms are shaped like, polite staff, nice location, near the center. The only two imperfections are slightly noisy and sometimes the water horn is blocked temporarily. The rest are ok

Medical room, convenient location

room on 1st floor probably next to their laundry room so it was noise all night. the room is small and horribly smelly. we had to sleep with the door slightly open to get some fresh air in. no hot water

The hotel is relatively small, the room is not large, quite tight when in 2 people. However, the hotel is in the center, quite near Vincom and the pedestrian street, so the play is quite comfortable 👍

The hotel is centrally located close to tourist spots. 120m away is Vincom convenient for shopping. The room is quite clean! Staff are very friendly and hospitable 🙂

Staff of poor service attitude, catch customer errors to collect money bullshit

Hotel location must say is nothing equal. All the staff are very enthusiastic except the breakfast waiter. More than an hour away from the breakfast area but expressing the attitude of not wanting to serve guests. Bad breakfast. Do not think of a bowl of pho here are three pieces of lean meat, boiling water, and instant noodles! (The waiters call this beef noodle ???))
