Room is good for the price, the hotel has vintage tiles so at first I thought the floor was old. The bathroom has a dirty corner but overall it is clean and suitable for the price

The hotel's sign is Saigon Sun, not Le Grand Hanoi. Because my flight was delayed, I arrived late. The receptionist told me that there was no standard room left, only a deluxe room, and they would upgrade me for free. However, when I got to the room, I found the room quite dirty, the bed sheets and pillows were yellow, the toilet and bathroom showed no signs of being cleaned before the guests arrived, and the room was quite small. Although the hotel provided instant noodles and bottled water for free, the bottled water was cheap, and the brand was unknown to me. There was also a cooler under the reception desk that sold aquafina 🙂

The hotel arbitrarily canceled the room 3 hours after booking without refunding the hotel fee. Contacted but not resolved yet.

The name is Lee Grand Hanoi Hotel but when we arrived it was Saigon Sun Hotel. Power outage in the middle of the night from 11pm to 1am due to a problem with the hotel's electrical system. The room is old and run down.

The hotel was built a long time ago so the brick floor is a bit old. View overlooking La Thanh station if on a high floor. Plus point, the hotel supports early check-in at 12 o'clock, but late check-out will incur an additional fee. The receptionist is cute.

Free minibar including instant noodles and soft drinks that was excellent service. They gave me free upgraded room. This is the new renovated hotel. Location is in center that opposite the La Thanh Station. Good for business trip and couples.

Tuyet voi nhat la đuoc su dung mien phi đo mini bar nhu mi hay nuoc ngot, đo an vat-chua khach san nao free cai nay o Ha Noi luon. Vi tri trung tam, hop cho cap đoi hay đi cong tac nhe.
