Check-in time: according to regulations, check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 12:00 (clearly stated on the traveloka system), so when guests arrive earlier than the regulations and the hotel has a clean and empty room, the hotel will propose an early check-in surcharge according to the hotel's regulations (before 8:00 a.m., surcharge for 1 night's room rate according to the price listed at the reception). Customers can choose to check in early for a fee or leave their luggage at the counter and go out. 2. Early check-in fee: due to the receptionist's mistake, the price range was wrongly reported for the room type you checked in early.
