For facilities, places, food is very good. It's just that Sean needs to give more training to his staff so they can provide memorable services. Because I was a little disappointed with some of the staff who were not careful. Like when I arrived even though I already paid but they gave the room bill when I checked in without first checking. And when I want to check out early in the morning because we have to catch a boat, the staff is not in place even though at night my boyfriend has sent a message to one of the staff at the receptionist that tomorrow we will check out early in the morning and request that breakfast be delivered to the surrounding rooms at 6:30 but we wait until 6:45 no one staff comes. When we left the key at the bar and we left, suddenly one of the staff came and chased us asking for our bill while we stayed there. Even though we have payed all the bills and give tips for the staff last night. They did not forget to ask for the bill but could forget to make us breakfast? Lol I'll give 8.8 for the villa but 6.9 for the staff so they can improve their hospitality
