When I entered, I could smell a musty smell, the floor of the room and bathroom seemed to have never been cleaned (the floor of the room was sticky and the bathroom floor was full of spots). The room facilities seemed to have never been maintained (the refrigerator was moldy and some of the furniture had peeled off the coating). What was worse was that the room's AC was not comfortable at all (very hot) and made noise. On the first day I moved in (I booked for 4 nights) I had complained to the manager but the response was slow. I asked for the AC to be serviced even though I was in the room, but in the morning I contacted them and there was still no response. The apartment room manager, please check the facilities regularly. I asked to move rooms (because I know the room manager has several units) but it also couldn't be done because it was fully booked, please if you can't, please fix the facilities, if you can't, please refund. Don't just want the convenience in business. Thanks.
