We had a lovely staycation. Loved the breakfast buffet. Top-notch service is provided by the hotel. Had an issue with the toilet and bath-tub, we were give a new room at an instant.

We had the most pleasant 2 days stay here. The hotel team went extra miles to cater to our family's needs. Any problems occur they will solve it professionally and fast resolved. The breakfast is delicious which quite surprise us because usually hotel foods taste suck. The bed is big and really comfy. The bathtub is big and clean and the main reason why we choose this hotel because our kids really love bathtub. Our daughter really happy celebrating her birthday here. Our room also have nice view of Kuala Lumpur city and istana negara. The room is also clean. Everything is perfect, definitely will come again and recommend to our friends and family. Tqsm for making our kids really happy. The kids pool is cool too because they have two different levels. There is also kids room for kids to play too. Tqsm Dorsett Hartamas Teams for making our daughter dream birthday celebration come true. All the hotels staffs is also very friendly.

Very nice! I love it. Very satisfied, cleanliness, and service. There are many shops nearby. Don't worry you won't be hungry, hehe.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Dorsett Hartamas. The bedroom was equipped with a bunch of extra perks (ironing equipment, mini fridge) that I didn't expect, but am pleased to discover. The bathroom was super awesome, the hot water worked well. The service team was just okay. Not bad but not particularly remarkable either.

Reservation team from hotel replied fast and room nearby request was granted. Missed out the bed type. But that was fine. Front office staff was not really service oriented person. Pulling a long face checking in guest. Felt really discomfort during the check in process.

Nice place to stay with fascinating view of Kuala Lumpur at pool. Plus the idea to provide two cards is good and make me feel that the hotel is much thinking about the clients not just making money only. A simple decision but make me like to stay at Dorsett again. Plus the point system is a great idea 👍🏻. Even me myself thanks the receptionist during the check out is all about my expression towards the double card. Thank you. This was my first time staying at Dorsett Hartamas. Staying here all OK, unfortunately there ' s some as I felt it ' s siu to have and also the service. Example, inside the hotel there ' s no hair dryer. Meanwhile, while I done my checking realise theres no hairdryer then I tried several time called to front desk, there ' s no body picked or answering my called. As it ' s a 5star hotel this kind of the thing or case not supposed happened.

Worst service. And quality room like 2 star hotel.
