The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room is clean, and convenient, just walking distance to the main attractions.

Cozy hotel. Friendly hotel staff can speak English. No elevator, but hotel staff is helping us to carry the luggage. No breakfast provided, hence you will have chances to try the local banh minh, pho and other foods. Walking distance to old town, about 1km-2km. Nearby with restaurant and massage center. There is a famous chicken rice had just temporary move next to the hotel, but only manage to find out before leaving. Overall satisfy staying at this hotel.

We get rent free bycle to go around city during stay and we get to borrow umbrella (since it was raining all day). The room was clean but there is no elevator so we have to take stair to our room at 4th floor. The staff is very friendly and give you info on surrounding area and where to eat. There was construction in nearby area so it is a little noisy.

The receptionist is very kind. The room is as advertised. I recommend coming here. I really, really like the staff.

The room is spacious, the location is good, there's just a lot of dust under the bed. Other than that, everything is good. The staff are very good. You can come and contact the staff about places to visit. It's all in one place. Plus, the price is very cheap, both the shuttle service and the school.

A small and cozy hotel running by friendly local boss. We arrived at least 1.5 hours earlier before the check in time and the boss is willing to let us checked in early. Nice deco and very good pricing for the quality of service that we had. Location was great to access to the heart of the old town and night market and yet it was a quiet place for our stay. Even greater as there are free bicycles for hotel guests usage! Really enjoy our short stay at this hotel: D

Strengths. 1. It is worth the money! On some days we can book a room here for only 500-600 baht. 2. Only 300 meters from the entrance of Hoi An Old Town, you can walk comfortably. There are free bicycles to borrow. And there are many cars too. 3. The overall decoration is good. Beautiful colors in the style of Vietnam and Hoi An. 4. Full room amenities, TV, refrigerator, towels, toiletries, clothes racks, hangers, hair dryers, everything is available. 5. There are 2 small bottles of drinking water per night. 6. Bathrooms have flush toilets and sprinklers ready. 7. The room key system is a Key Card. 8. There are many CCTV cameras installed in the hotel. 9.
