This is my second stay at Santika Premier Garut, and I've always chosen the Deluxe Room Hollywood Mountain View. It's absolutely worth the price. Stepping out onto the balcony offers views of the mountains and rice fields—the best view. The food is quite varied, but not as extensive as a typical 4-star hotel. But overall, I'm very satisfied and it's worth it.

I'm disappointed to stay here because the information in the app is incomplete, because it is incomplete I asked directly via WA this hotel whether this type has a balcony with a mountain view or not but they only replied by sending a catalog there is no clear information there so for the Deluxe Hollywood type there is no view yes.. as for the staff, they are good and very friendly

The staff are all friendly, the rooms are clean, the view is excellent, but the taste of the food needs to be improved because everything is already great, but the food is lacking in taste, in my opinion, the rest of this hotel is excellent.

My second visit to the Hotel Santika Premier Garut was very impressive. The Premier Suite room was spacious, comfortable, fully equipped, and elegant. We thoroughly enjoyed it and were very comfortable.

The hotel is strategically located, not far from the main road. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Very comfortable for those who need a quiet place, fresh air. Approximately 3.5 hours from Jakarta. Family-friendly, child-friendly, many facilities. Next, God willing, I will return here again because of the comfortable atmosphere, clean rooms, clean towels, when checking in the facilities were explained very clearly. Thank you Santika

This is my umpteenth time staying here, and it's considered one of the best hotels in Garut. The staff are friendly and always greet you whenever you pass them. The atmosphere is very homey and kids-friendly. I was just a bit disappointed because I didn't get a cake request, hehe. Hopefully, next time, I can prioritize your request. Thanks All
