The AC needs to be replaced because many of them are not cold enough and there is no hot water.

The room smells, the bathroom smells, the water smells like sewage.

The hotel staff is friendly, check in and check out process is fast. The room atmosphere is comfortable, only when I stayed the hotel cafe was not open so I had to order from outside, but so far is good.

Overall the service is good, the staff is friendly, unfortunately the AC is not cold, but when I complained I was replaced with a room with cold AC. The bathroom smells. Maybe the drain needs to be cleaned.

Stayed 3 days upgraded to a bigger room. Because the AC was not cold enough moved to the front room. TV has no channels at all. The building is poorly maintained. Cleanliness is lacking.

The AC is not cold enough (warm) even though it is in cool mode and 17 degrees. When checking out, it seems like the Housekeeping Team is not on standby so it takes a long time. For a hotel priced at 300 thousand, there is no hot water for bathing. It's a bit strange. I checked in at night because I was packing up my stuff for moving so all the stuff was packed including the bed so I had to stay overnight because there was no mattress. It so happened that my rented house was close to this hotel. I wanted to relax with a hot water bathroom but it didn't work at all. Not worth it for the price of 350 thousand. It should be 150,000. Because the facilities are still better than my rented house.

The air conditioner was cold, there was no solution from the hotel, the result was that we slept sweating profusely.

I've stayed there twice, it's nice, clean and comfortable, the service is friendly, it's just a shame there isn't hot water.

Great spacious room, there is a kitchen, there is a dining table too.

The location is just right, not too noisy with vehicles, the receptionist is friendly, the room is clean, the toilet is also clean minus the warm water not working.

Lokasi tenang. Staff ramah dan sangat membantu. Bersih. Walau terpaksa 2x pindah kamar karena toilet rusak dan AC tidak dingin, tapi secara keseluruhan hotel ini termasuk hotel yang baik. Akan nginap di sini lagi jika memang dibutuhkan.

Coba SOP nya di jalanin lagi, bagaimana tata cara ada bertemu dengan tamu, greeting ke tamu, senyum dan ramah tamahnya, kalian itu hotelier jangan cemburut aja ketemu tamu, buang muka dan lain-lain. 1 lagi, saat saya check in mungkin kalau saya tidak menyebutkan type kamar yang saya pesan mungkin saya di kasih kamar yang standar, padahal saya pesannya executive, karena fo nya tidak menyebutkan type kamar, stay nya berapa malam dan lain-lain 😅.

The rooms are nice, cleanliness is okay and smell good, the staff is friendly. But for the parking lot, it's a bit unsatisfactory, it's still PR hehe.

No water hitter, dead room phone. Dirty bathroom.
