The hotel forgot to provide tea, coffee, sugar and toilet tissue but you can ask for it via phone and the fo responds quickly. The AC is only wind. Not cold. Wifi is intermittent. They said there are many guests. It should be able to be fixed so that consumers are more comfortable. Then the wooden backrest of the mattress also makes noises. It's better to just remove it. The hotel location is very strategic. The receptionist staff is very lacking in initiative and quickness. Incidentally, my car was hit by another hotel guest in the hotel parking area, fortunately there was CCTV even though the matter was finished but it wasted my time for 2 hours having to wait for it, even though I was the one who pushed the security to speed up the process. Hopefully the hotel has an SOP for the staff if they encounter an incident like this.
