The check-in process was swift and without hassle. The room is spacious and clean. Quick response from the hotel technician if there is a complaint about the room.

When booking on Traveloka, I requested a non-smoking floor and non-smoking room. As soon as I checked in, I got a smoking floor and room. I immediately went downstairs and asked to be changed. The staff said the rooms were full, so I asked to find an available one. Not long after, I got a room that was clean from the smell of cigarettes and slept soundly, thank you.

While I'm unsure of the exact number of stays, I consistently enjoy my time at this hotel. I appreciate its cleanliness, the friendly staff, the quality of the food, and it's convenient proximity to Padang Beach. I truly love this hotel.

The staff is very friendly starting from the restaurant service, cleaning staff, and reception staff. Unfortunately for the deluxe room size there is no balcony.

I came to stay because of the training here, and also rented a room by myself. Everything was good except for the Manager or whoever he was who was wearing batik. The staff came twice to reprimand my toddler who was swimming with his nanny because he was wearing a diaper. My nanny had already said that the diaper used was a special diaper for swimming and showed me the package/wrapper of the swim diaper. Then the staff came again asking for help so that my children wear pants by saying that the boss didn't want to know, so my nanny took my children into the room even though they still wanted to play. My children don't swim using pants because their skin is sensitive so I chose to wear a special swim diaper. It's very unfortunate that the service of the manager/boss whoever he is doesn't want to know. It's very bad, I don't feel that my children violated any provisions but instead we as customers were harmed because we couldn't freely use the facilities. Sad. The pool is nice here because there is a low one for toddlers, but I prefer the service and friendliness at Hotel Santika or if you are looking for a cheaper option and a spacious room, you can also choose Pangeran Beach because there is a bathtub in the room so the kids can play.

Accor Group hotel with poor service and far from its class standards. The front desk staff on duty on Sunday, September 29, 2024 were not good. The room was not ready at 15.30 on the floor when I was going to check in. The staff easily offered a room with a lower class than the one I ordered, very rude and uneducated. The bell boy had no intention of helping with luggage. Please improve your staff service. Thank you.

The hotel is close to the beach and also close to the city, friendly service, spacious rooms and rooms facing the sea.

The pool area must have regulations for visitors, I caught a guest blowing his child's snot into the pool, hi, guests from the area have a lot of dirty areas. There are also those who wear diapers and are left behind by the pool supervisor, that's really bad, the cleanliness of the pool needs to be improved.

The rooms are neat and clean, for a nice room the AC can be set to 30 to make it warm.
