Super cute room, great location for the ship terminals, good food and live music nearby

This is the greenest hotel we have been to. We saw green stuffs everywhere, green walls, large green recycle bins, homely and low key low carbon count and Kind of English style furniture. Plenty of organic foods at the Cafe. Certainly not Ritz but comfortable and Neat and Easy here. A perfect haven for people tired of exuberance.

Loved the room with the mezzanine - really spacious for the three of us. Staff were super friendly. Only negatives were expensive (and very cramped) parking and could have done with a thorough clean and linen change half way through. All in all though, great for what we needed and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful location for a one-night pre-cruise stay. We enjoyed walking down the street to dinner at Porters after our arrival. Would choose to stay here again.

Very convenient to the Docks. I was meeting someone arriving on an early ship. My "room" was more than that. I could live there happily- fridge, microwave, rings... all for a very reasonable price for "just" a room. Overlooking a nice park, only NEAR a busy road... not "on" it.

Wonderful experience. Loved the room and the staff were uniformly friendly and helpful. Great location - we were there pre-cruise - with a selection of restaurants just around the corner and a quick Uber ride to the cruise port.

Employees were 5 Star! Very courteous andhelpful. Would love to see wall clocks in the rooms, perhaps above tv.

I was in the "lounge" room for context. If you are traveling and want a comfortable room, and want to feel like you're in an apartment not a hotel check it out.

Great family room, fun for the kids.

What a brilliant place! Fantastic room with additional sleeping area for our teen. Great to have cooking facilities and a dishwasher plus a dining table. Super long couch. Lovely view over a park. We will definitely stay again if we are in Southampton or in one of their other properties in the UK. Good value for money.

This is a very nice hotel and there are lots of nice little touches to make it feel more like a home away from home. We would definitely stay again, either here or at one of the other locations. There are just a few things that need improving ever so slightly to make it excellent - water pressure in the shower, the aircon/heating unit, the pillows. The check-in process was a bit bizarre as you check in online before you get there but then you still need to check in when you get there to get your key - no information was really provided at check-in either about breakfast etc. The online checkout wasn't working either when we were there. In the room, it mentioned that they deliver breakfast bags to the room but there was no information about what was in it, how much it was or how to order it. There was no radio in our room either, even though it said there should be. A real highlight was the delicious pastries and lovely coffee at the front desk though!

Excellent stay. Lovely welcome. Our room was comfy and well equipped. Comfy mattress. Good shower. Very clean. The air conditioning was a bit bit and miss. We called out an engineer but think attention to the problem is still needed. Blew bit and cold. Overall very nice and we'll come again.

Really enjoyed our stay here, everyone was helpful and pleasant! Breakfast was available downstairs, good number of options at fair cost. Location great for dining options and was 10 minute walk to Ocean Cruise Terminal.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff. Quirky edges added to the usual plain, unremarkable amenities found in other hotels. High ceiling spacious rooms, good quality appliances, excellent quality bed and pillows.

Very friendly & helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Very well equipped room, kitchen facility excellent for a longer stay. Extremely comfortable bed, good quality bedding, blackout curtains & good temperature control. Great location. Will visit again
