Great area! Very clean area to stay.

Everyone on the staff was very kind and the property was very clean. The beds were comfortable, the shower was great and the room was clean too. The only issue was noise. There was a family with young kids staying directly above us… and they jumped on and off the beds and ran across the floor until midnight, and then again in the early morning. Sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling any minute. Be SURE to ask for a top floor room.

I have stayed here several times. Safe, new, upscale, and very convenient is the best way to describe this hotel.

Loads of stuff to do right across the street, and everything from groceries to the football stadium was just a short drive away.

Location, clean, friendly staff

Great location and great property but I am giving the hotel 3 stars as this is my experience, I decided to book this hotel based on location even though the price was expensive, I am traveling with my mom and daughter, I checked the photos and I verified that the bathroom has a door, an actual door that close as some hotels now have sliding doors in bathrooms that do not close completely or no door at all, so I thought this will work great. Well the bathroom has a sliding door that does not close, not convenient if you are traveling with mom and daughter, Also the gave me the room next to elevator and ice machine, I could not sleep as I can hear a lot of noise till 2 am, also in the hallways. I gave it another try and I have stayed here in another ocassion but not anymore. Hotels.com and the hotel should fix the photo in the bathroom.

Easy in, and lovely reception.

Stayed as part of world masters and the experience was phenomenal. The athlete breakfast in the morning was such a nice touch!!

Very nice

We were happy to just adrive after driving 3 1/2 hours after work for my daughters competition the next day. When we got to our room it was a king size bed for three of us when I had paid for two queen beds. At first I was told that the double queen room were sold out and they couldn’t do anything about it. I explained that I paid extra for this room. After a little bit of attitude, Ashley began making phone calls and shuffled somethings around pretty quickly and we were in our double queen in less than an hour. The room was comfortable and clean. The next morning we had breakfast and Matea was our waitress, she was very sweet and kind. Our only complaint is that I had paid for our breakfast but charged an extra 34 dollars, I am not sure why, but the stay was perfect. The hotel is wonderful and the staff is great as well.

The Hotel only have hot water on the bathroom, we never had the chance to take a shower.

Close to shopping friendly staff

Nice area. We arrived at hotel 2:15 and returned was not ready until 3:40. Check in is 3. Unexceptionable!

Beautiful place to stay. Love the atmosphere in and around it. Super clean and comfortable. Maybe the best bathroom we’ve ever had in our travels. Only issue was check in pretty much handed our keys and said have a nice stay. No idea about where to park, breakfast times etc. other than that almost perfection.

My 3-day stay was absolutely amazing. I was surprised to find out the hotel had been in existence for 7 years because it was so well kept that I thought it was newly established. There is nothing bad I can say about Hotel Indigo. The customer service was top notch, the grounds were immaculate, the rooms are well kept and comfortable and whatever I needed I got in a timely fashion. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Gainesville again.

Hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. However, they claimed I did not have a free breakfast which I did at check-out. Hotels.com said it was a free breakfast; however, hotel only allowed a $30.00 dollar charge for it. We had to pay $18.00 for the two of us to have breakfast.

We have stayed at this location a few different times and always have a great experience. Everything is very clean and the staff is always helpful. It is close to restaurants and Dave & Buster's so there is a lot to do within walking distance.

Great room & location! Walking distance to restaurants was a plus!
