We checked in on Friday with two other parties. The rooms hadnt been turned over by housekeeping. We were the last of our group to check in and I offered to strip our beds if the employee would just provide us the bedding and towels. The employee was Patrick and he went above and beyond for us. We left for a game Saturday morning and i asked the front desk to have housekeeping please clean the room because the people before us had vomitted in the sink, toilet and tub as well as broken the air unit off the wall and tried to prop it up with the ironing board, our tv also didnt work. He told us they would try but the room wasnt scheduled to be clean because it was supposed to happen the day before, even though it didnt. I cannot express enough how above and beyond Patrick went for us the first night, all other employees were rude or flat out ignored me when i asked anything. Breakfast both mornings was very limited and either cold or not available, we went down at 730 and 830 both days. We booked over a week ahead of time and the hotel was not prepared for the amount of people who were booked.
