Friendly staff. Location is close to Tunjungan Plaza.

Very fast check in & check out process with friendly staff, book a room with city view & satisfied, breakfast menu although not too much but tastes good, there is a food stall in the hotel yard, the location is very close to big mall & 24 hour food place, JPO & Surabaya bus stop, next time will stay here again if go to Surabaya.

Strategic location, satisfactory service, affordable prices.

for the room is quite narrow. and there are many small cockroaches that I found on the telephone table & table under the TV Room 107 1st floor

Good service, valet parking at all times. Only during the day the AC is not cold enough, or maybe the weather is hotter outside.

the most impressive is the very helpful service. coincidentally with elderly parents, order gofood delivered to the room, check in two hours early, luggage storage is served well including food stored in the refrigerator, always greet friendly including security guards and cleaning staff. that's why when going to Surabaya always stay here, especially access to tunjungan plaza just cross, culinary scattered around the hotel. don't want to move to another hotel even though it's next door. love bekizaar hotel to death. thank you for everything,,, 5 stars.

Suitable for family vacation, close to everywhere.

arrived before check in time, because I brought my elderly parents it was accelerated by two hours. Very happy. The service is very friendly and especially very helpful. Both the reception, cleaning service and security guards are all very friendly and very helpful. That's why I always stay here when I go to Surabaya. I don't want to move hotels again

door 502 floor 5 is often broken. how many times have I entered, it's always being repaired technically.... and room 501 was noisy last night... the chicken opor food was delicious. but the rice was a bit hard
