Sejak renovasi memang area Ramayana tambah asri dan cantik . Banyak spot untuk duduk menikmati suasana alam yang teduh dan hijau. Lokasi sangat strategis dekat kemana mana: Kuta art market, pantai Kuta, Bakung sari, Discovery, ada banyak pilihan restoran dan toko toko jika mau jalan jalan kaki menelusuri area ini sambil belanja maupun cuci mata. Gedung lama yang dulu masih dipertahankan dan diexpand bangunan baru yg lebih modern desainnya. .Dari dulu highlight Ramayana bagi kami adalah Breakfast buffetnya. sangat enak, bervariasi dan menyenangkan menikmati sarapan ditengah suasana asri alami resto Gabah. Saat pertama check in ada sedikit masalah, karena di sebalah kamar kami ada pekerjaan proyek renovasi sehingga sangat berisik bunyi bor dan tukang proyek yang sangat keras dan menggangu. Untungnya setelah dijelaskan kami mendapat upgrade kamar. terimakasih untuk manajer dan staf Ramayana yang ramah dan Helpful menyelesaikan masalah ini.aWe had a very pleasant stay. oya jka kemari, jangan lupa juga untuk mencoba Spa Ramayana.

We stay for 2 nights on Resort room. Room was spacious, balcony with pool view is amazing and the bathup is great.. We love it. 3 times stayed in this hotel and never faild.

nice room, but unfortunately there is no microwave, so it doesn't match the description. already complained but no response. ethnic themed hotel but the hallway is bright so it's not scary. top location. breakfast tastes terrible, local menu only fried rice and even that is not good. bakery for breakfast is also not good. please pay attention to breakfast. how come local Indian food is tastier than hotel made food. even the last day breakfast was not taken, prefer to eat at the airport

Service nya kurang mantap, angkat luggage sendiri dari kamar sampai lobby, mau naik ke mobil juga ga ad yang bantuin ngangkat ga kaya di hotel bintang 5 lainnya, karyawannya agak cuek.

I am enjoy stay in ramayana hotel, the hotel bit old, (authentic Balinese) but they renovated look better, hotel very clean, staff friendly, but the food breaky not impressed. Pool clean, good location.

I was in room 628. The light in toilet non stop on-off the whole night, cannot rest. As well while inside toilet the light non stop on-off. The breakfast, I ask bacon because 2 left only there when it's 9.30 am. And they say ask the guy on the egg station instead of the service help to refill or ask.

The room lil bit old but its good, clean and big enough for 2. Location is great. Varied breakfast menu. Staff are friendly, they even prepare birthday cake for me, I really appreciate it 🙏. Suggest: The elevator should be renewed, open the swimming pool earlier, need chairs in balcony.
