This is 5th times staying here. A little bit far from facilities but OK to whom like freedom relaxing nature. Must have transport. Will repeat again and again!

Everything is new except the TV which is 1st generation flat TV that isn't working. This is new building, access to taxi, grab, foods, convenient store are difficult especially at night, suitable only for travellers driving own car, not for tourists without car.

They provide 2 queen bed and 1 sofa bed + 1 futon, can accommodate up to 7 person.

Very comfortable, FREEDOM, LUXURY, and many more. STRESSOUT! Good for relaxing body & mind from busy town. Place from town/main road around 10 minutes by car. It 's OK. But I like peaceful. Nearby genting premium outlet. Can take Grab/Taxi etc to go nearby. I'll repeat! So recommended to who like peaceful from busy noisy town!

Without WiFi and there is plenty of ant inside the room. Didn't maintain well compare to previous visit.

Not recommended for foreign tourists. Non Malaysian people. Especially those who don't have a vehicle. Search the room like looking for a treasure map. 🤣. Have to follow confusing instructions. If you forget to bring food, be prepared to starve because you are far from everywhere. It's hard to get a grab because the place is wow far from everywhere. Grab food grab car just a dream. Nobody will pick that order. Not recommended.

Very good. 2 Queen Beds, 1 Sofa Bed, 1 Single mattress. WIFI. Spacious bathroom, aircond, in front of the pool. Parking directly from P4 to the 3rd floor. No need to change lifts like T1. The check-in guide is very good and easy to understand. Clean and orderly. Going down to the pool was very happy. Congrats to the owner. Very good. Mark 99/100. 1 is my reserve, plus 1 mirror for makeup girls. Or make-up desk with mirror. complete. See you again next time.

At night the room becoming very hot. This property only provide ceiling fan. And at the other corner, they didn't change the broken ceiling fan with new one but just put stand fan. Really sad. The curtains need to be changed. Dah nipis macam nak koyak. You have AC cable but didn't install AC. Please install the AC.

Towel yang disediakan berbau masam..lain2 ok la walaupun view mengadap building under construction cuma jalan menuju ke apartment agak teruk disebabkan laluan lori keluar masuk untuk construction.

I am mesmerized because I can stay in this high quality room only with a low budget. The facilities are in a good condition and very clean. There is only one queen bed, but they also have provided a sofa bed and extra mattresses that can be used by 4-5 people. Pillows and blankets are provided also, but it is better to bring extra blankets because the night gonna be extra cold. The best part is, there are also an electric induction cooker, pots, a kettle and cutleries, and we just have to bring raw food from home. We literally enjoy delicious home-made dinner facing the beautiful view from the balcony. Eventually, the guest service has my respect. They take care of us from the beginning to the end and they are not really strict like other hotel's guest service. Overall, I am really satisfied with this staycation. Thank you sparrow hotel for having us.
