Tried staying here for 3 nights. The staff always forgot the stuff in the room. First night forgot towel, second night forgot drinking water, third night forgot shower cap. In conclusion, had to ask for everything. Should improve the service to be better. Other than that, the atmosphere is good. The food is delicious.

The room is clean, the staff is polite and provides good service, and the food is delicious.

The air conditioner was very loud, but it was late so I didn't inform the staff. 307 thought it would be quieter.

The room is clean + all the staff are lovely, from the security guards to the housekeepers. I am very impressed. Whenever I come to Udon, I choose to stay here.

The hotel provides good service from the start of check-in. The room is spacious and clean. Unfortunately, in the bathroom the water was not drained in time.

A new modern hotel. Great location. Easy access to Central. Staff friendly. Clean. One night one of the staff assisted me in ordering dinner from Grab. She was accommodating. A great place to stay. They also offer free entertainment on the weekend.
