The toilet is clogged, the shower tap and jet shower smell of rusty iron. The drains smell of sewage. No toothbrushes and towels are provided, not even a single tissue. The blanket makes you itchy. Access to the road after 22.00 at the portal is not allowed.

The hotel staff was not very helpful, and the rooms were not clean.

The receptionist is not there when you need something, it's hard to contact them. The cleanliness of the room needs to be considered, especially the toilet, oh yeah, it's better to just prepare 2 bottles of water, it's not ethical for guests to be provided with used gallons of water/salome from previous guests🤣🤭

It's worth it for that price. Anyway, God willing, I'll go there again if I have the chance.

Comfortable room, there is a sofa and gallon water. For the suite type, no need to go up. Strategic location, there is a pool upstairs

It's not worth it at all for the price you get just a room that looks like a boarding house, there are flies in the room, no mineral water, coffee, tea, sugar, towels, toothpaste & toothbrush are not provided. You have to ask for everything first before it's given, it's not provided first. The wifi is also intermittent and you have to log in back and forth. The swimming pool is very small and very narrow, you have to go to the 3rd floor. The staff is not very communicative, it's strange. Access to the city is also quite far.

It's worth it, the price is really cheap, the place is comfortable, clean and good for that class

3 days 2 nite stay got trouble for electrical (shutdown electrical). Need to improved for this unconvenience.

strategic location, near alfamart, friendly service, comfortable. room facilities include a water heater complete with glasses, coffee, tea, sugar, gallon water dispenser, refrigerator, hot water in the bathroom works well. the downside is when you enter the room there is a smell of urine from the bathroom that can't be removed. the room is not so soundproof. no towels and soap are provided, only toothbrush & toothpaste. luckily I brought my own toiletries. on the side of the bed found quite a lot of small red ants. because it was already night so I went straight to sleep. hopefully in the future it can be better for cleanliness and room facilities.

The bed is spacious, worth it for that price. The room is in front of the swimming pool.

The staff communication is not clear, when asked what they get the same answer. The bathroom is very dirty as if it hasn't been cleaned, there is a lot of limescale on the floor, the toilet is also slippery, there is no mat in front of the bathroom. So when you come out of the bathroom, the floor of the room is also wet. The sheets are stained and the blanket is torn in some parts. The TV is not a smart TV that can be used to watch YouTube for kids 😁. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take a picture yesterday.

The facilities are quite good but unfortunately there is no lift so when I got a room on the 3rd floor it was really tiring going up especially with kids ☺️ For the room facilities, maybe a mat could be added in front of the KM, thank you ☺️
