The lady (one of the ladies) at the front desk was rude and horrible at customer service. It was a very busy weekend and she had NO manners at all. She told me to have a seat and wait, while I had reservations 3 months in advance. The other lady was very kind. When I called and asked about the extra $10 charge on my account, she was rude again. I said you must have been the lady I spoke with that was rude when I was checking in and she said “probably”. She was not only rude to me, but the others in the lobby. Very unprofessional !!!
