Breakfast was not good at all but it was close to our event and convenient

Good hotel, friendly staff, clean room, etc.

The hotel gave my room away after I checked in online. They replaced the room with a room with 1 bed when I needed 2. They did not try to make it right, but hotels.com did.

Room was clean, area was safe, and service was good.

Very noisy but a white noise machine was provided in room.

It was a little loud out the window, but we were on a busy street.

We arrived to check into our room at 4:45 pm. There was a very long line and people waiting all over the lobby. People had been waiting 1.5 hours for a room. The lady in front of me stated to the employee that check-in time was 3 and she didn't understand why our rooms were not ready. The employee told her she just got there at 445 and she would wait until her room was ready, as if arrival time MATTERED! It was not her fault that the rooms were not ready, but she was RUDE and clearly needed assistance from a manager!

Friendly service from Uncle Ed when our TV did not work. He was prompt and pleasant - did not treat us like we were problem guests. He provided excellent customer service.

Everything was as expected. Location was what we wanted, the room was clean, staff was friendly. I'd stay here again.

The lady (one of the ladies) at the front desk was rude and horrible at customer service. It was a very busy weekend and she had NO manners at all. She told me to have a seat and wait, while I had reservations 3 months in advance. The other lady was very kind. When I called and asked about the extra $10 charge on my account, she was rude again. I said you must have been the lady I spoke with that was rude when I was checking in and she said “probably”. She was not only rude to me, but the others in the lobby. Very unprofessional !!!

It was our first time to stay at this hotel and only thing we would have prefered a King Size bed. Other than that it was just fine!

It took some time for the employee to notice that I was waiting for her to check in. She was arranging something in a room. There were leftover food in the fridge.

Sara at the front desk was especially helpful and friendly. Almost everything in the Cultural District, including the Will Rogers complex, is withing walking distance.

Nice motel within walking distance of the Will Rogers Arena. Excellent parking.
