The staffs are not very friendly. When I went to stay, I forgot something, but the hotel did not call me back. They refused to find the item. They said they did not have it and did not contact me. I had to call them back all the time. Very unacceptable.

The room is spacious, but the condition of the room is not clean. There is a lot of dust and hair on the floor, in the bathroom, and even on the bed. The bathroom smells bad. The air conditioner has black stains like it has never been cleaned.

The room is clean but doesn't keep much sound. The air conditioner should be taken care of and checked for dust a bit. Overall ok.

This is the basic hotel to stay in Phuket. With the reasonable price and good location in town, I always select this as the first choice on Phuket city.

The price is suitable for the quality. But the staff refused to change the room because the room smelled of cigarettes / customers were allergic Can't breathe all night everything is fine

Overall it's good, but it's loud all night. As for the suites, the curtains don't keep the light in.
