The staff was friendly and accomodable to your certain request. It was comfortable stay for a night stay. The toilet wasn't super clean but okay and the smell is tolerable after several used & flushed. There's iron in front of staff room on level 1 beside the lift. Overall, it's worth the pay.

I'm satisfied with the clean room, only the toilet is clean, but it smells a bit unpleasant, even when I want to sleep, the toilet smells bad. If you can put perfume in the toilet, I hope after this, there will be no more smelly toilet issues.

Worth for money. Great location but smelly toilet need to close the door frequently to avoid the smell come out. Else, OK.

A strategic place, convenient because there are many shops. The room is clean and has no smell. But if you want an iron, you have to use it near the corridor because there is only one iron. There are some tiles that need to be fixed and there is a small stain near one of the pillows. Overall, it was a good experience.

I got the deluxe room or something that has 1 single bed and 1 queen bed. The single bed is super dirty-god knows what it has been through, we don't even want to put our dirty laundry on it. The bathroom has smells on it. We check in around 10-ish pm so I decided not to make any fuss since we will be out as soon as 8 am the next day but good god, to think we pay for that is a crime in itself. The TV was unplugged and it was screwed on the high wall so how are we supposed to plug it in, genius? Not recommended unless you have no choice but to sleep outside. All in all, its not a bad choice with the strategic place and all but the cleanliness is super important considering people book a hotel to sleep and rest, not to play around you know.
