Starting with positive comments : It was an amazing location and stay. The room it self is very modern and has view to the sea and the private outside terrace is amazing for breakfast or apperitivo hour. Bed comfortable , tv working (only during the rain out of service , which is a bit let down as if it's raining most obviuosly you are in the room and without tv or internet service is a bit boring,luckily for us we have our netflix account that you can use on the tv ), shower works well and has two different streams . All and all great , the host -Gaetano very nice and polite person. Now few things to mention that didn't go well : In 4 days the room wasn't cleaned once the place is near the beach its normal there will be some of the sand in the room that i had to brush myself. Bed never changed. The toilet roll was given 1 roll for 2 people for 4 nights /5 days ,till i asked for more when i seen them on third day. After paying city taxes we had to get our change back (that was 2 euros) it is absolutely NOT about 2euros, it is about keeping the word and being honest, the host said it will leave it on the reception table ,but he never did and never even mentioned it, even to say like sorry guys , i didn't have cash I hope its ok. No communication on this level which felt off. Other than this everything that concerns location and the place it self was superb.

First post lockdown experience. I can only be grateful for having been welcomed with so much cordiality, preparation and professionalism for this delicate moment of transition. The owners are disarmingly kind, people who make you feel lucky to live in a country like Italy and made our stay fantastic. The structure is perfect, equipped with every comfort and clean. A wonderful weekend in beautiful Maiori. Mr. Andrea is very kind, helpful and attentive to all the customer's needs, beautiful modern and very clean room. Also pay attention to food intolerances regarding breakfast. Elisa
