Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lidl and mini-mart right by the hotel but unfortunately Fira isn't within walking distance. Pretty easy to get there if you a car though and the hotel can arrange rental for you. Enjoyed the hotel overall -- it was modern, clean, and staff was professional.

Was generally a good property. Housekeeping could be improved further. Location is good and views are excellent. Service in the restaurant was very good.

Amazing location with an unobstructed view of the water, the volcano island, and the sunset. All the rooms get this unobstructed view. The individual hot tubs also overlook this view, so the experience is top notch. The common pools also are well laid out. The staff was very friendly, and the snacks/meals that we ordered to the room were also great. They even arrange airport drop-off and pick-up on a short notice for a flat fee ($45 as of Oct 2024). Special shout-out to Vaso, the front-desk assistant when we stayed, for looking after us very well!

Amazing hotel. Amazing service. Amazing view. Amazing breakfast. Amazing amazing amazing.

Start with the okay: if you’re on the first floor you will hear the busy road the hotel sits right off of; the facility itself is in fair condition with signs of wear and tear; the gym is barely functional (treadmill could only increase speed and incline). The great: staff is super friendly, responsive and thoughtful. George, who runs the restaurant, is amazing. He made my wife’s birthday super special. The main pool is super nice (though we thought the music they played was a little loud and many of the speakers were blown so the sound was scratchy). Our room was on 5 which was super private and we loved its location.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. We were delighted to be picked up from the airport and greeted at the hotel with drinks. The caldera view is breathtaking and the open air gym was a nice surprise. The included breakfast is great, with a made to order menu plus buffet overlooking the caldera. We stayed in the cave suite with private jetted tub, highly recommend. We will be back!

Best vacation of my life

Property was nice, food was overpriced and not worth it, hotel overcharged every service. Was quoted $20 for a 10 minute cab ride and charged double the price.

20 stars. Very beautiful, spotless clean hotel. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed in so far. Staff is very friendly, hwlpful ans respectful. Anything you could possibly need during your visit to Santorini, this hotel already has arrangements for it. From transportation, to food, to shopping, to tourism, name it, they have made it very easy. And the rooms are beautiful, spacious, modern and very clean.

Excellent hotel and amazing staff

Clean and quiet. Room big and comfortable. Even hand written a welcome card for me . Nice view and beautiful place . The food is great , the service is excellent.

Amazing Caldera views, great staff.

The views were amazing. The staff was friendly. The convenience of the location was great to get to any point on the island.

We upgraded to a room with a caldera view and a jacuzzi tub. We returned after dinner and the tub was not working. Queried at the reception for an alternative and they asked us to check back in the morning knowing we were checking out.

What a wonderful and beautiful hotel. The staff does everything from the moment you arrive till the moment you leave to make sure you are having the best time. Including before you check in and after you check out. It’s about a mile or so walk into town but an easy and safe walk. Wonderful hotel! Some of the best views in the world

Beautiful hotel with great centric location, great service

This hotel was a dream! The views are breathtaking, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s so romantic for a couples getaway, would definitely come back!

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The views of the water and cliffs were amazing. The “hot tub” in our honeymoon suite was warm, at best. They said they cannot make it hotter for “safety reasons” so that was a bit of a letdown. The immediate surrounding area outside of the hotel was not super convenient. You’ll need to drive to get to any of the populated areas with dining and shopping. The staff was nice and accommodating. Overall it was a pretty place to stay with average accommodations.
