A very nice. Newer construction hotel with a great location to much of Johnson City

Stay was great except for the beds. Beds were very firm and uncomfortable.

Our room was great with a kitchen and a view of the mountains. The free breakfast was ok. The gym and pool are very nice and they are so pet-friendly!

The room next to me had very loud music, I called the front desk twice in two hours. Not sure the desk did anything, they said they couldn’t find the disturbance. It was extremely loud, not happy as I was traveling on business and didn’t get much for sleep.

Excellent! I will stay again at their properties.

We were very pleased with our stay. Hotel is new and clean. Staff are super friendly and kind. We will stay here again when we come back in a few months!

Big room, laid out well. Very nice full kitchen. Friendly responsive staff. Excellent breakfast. Nice big lobby with lots of seating and easy phone charging. Good WiFi. Parking is easy, close, and free. We’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in the area!

This is our first time at a Home2Suites. I would go out of my way to stay at one of these again. Beds were very comfortable, beautiful room, and helpful staff!

We sought shelter here with Hurricane Helene and stayed 3 nights while our home was without power and water. Home2Suites was spacious, comfortable and a relief. The staff was also wonderful. They dealt with everyone and everything during the hurricane with professionalism and kindness. The hotel even experienced a power outage Monday morning, but we were impressed by the backup lights in place, all the natural light coming through the nice big windows and that the door keycard systems still worked.

Largest room I've ever stayed in. Manager brought luggage cart to side door for us and offered to help us. Clean 30 minutes to Bristol Motor Speedway

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. My room had a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishes, and coffee, all of which made it easy to get basic needs met. They also had a decent breakfast and a little store with additional food options. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean place.

Everything from the check-in to check out was exceptionable. All personnel made a point to great and welcome you everyday. The breakfast bar and its personnel was wonderful. The only slight compliant that I would make is the mattress are very hard. But all in all i will recommend and return
