I ordered a junior room, but in room 2 (the small one) there is no AC.

The view from the balcony of the 16th floor room is good, the price is cheap, the position of the bed is too low, some of the mattresses are already saggy and uncomfortable to sleep on, complete amenities are available towels, mats, toothbrushes, toothpaste, bar soap, liquid soap, tissue, but the water from the toilet is very smelly coming into the bedroom, then the liquid soap is mixed with water, why is that, or is it to make it last longer.

the water heater is not hot enough at night

The sheet was not replaced even though I had asked for it to be replaced, the same stains were still in the same position, the under bed was dusty, the logo part of the towel was torn and some were yellow, the sink had water stains.

The hotel is delicious, I will definitely stay at Sienna if I go to Bogor again, haha.

WORTH IT ALL!! The room is exactly the same as the one on the app, no scams whatsoever. The price is competitive with nearby hotels. I booked for a graduation ceremony, even though it's not that close, but access is easy, just go straight ahead. The receptionist was very nice, they kept changing staff, but they always provided full service. Room service is quite cheap for a hotel, and it was delicious! Breakfast is at 5 AM, and since I wanted to check out right after, I was able to get takeout. The AC and heater work well. Oh yeah, besides the aesthetic room, there's a super beautiful balcony so you can enjoy the view. The floors are locked with an elevator access card, so it's definitely safe, and you can park your car in the basement. Anyway, 100/100✨

All the towels are very very dirty, the white ones have turned dark brown on 3/4 of the sides, there are lots of stains on the blanket, slow WIFI, slow TV, Netflix doesn't work and there is no account. Even though before I came here everything was good but now it's the worst

This was my first time staying here, but it was just okay... nothing special.

I've stayed here many times, Sienna Residence is quite comfortable for resting, the rooms are clean, the toilets are clean, the price is affordable, and the breakfast is quite good because there is a restaurant downstairs.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the food at the Sienna restaurant is really delicious.

My regular place to stay when I'm on business in Bogor, the price is within budget, the room is quite clean, the staff is friendly, the check-in process is fast, there is a mini mart downstairs, only the location around the hotel outside is already full of public transportation parked near the terminal... that's the only minus

It is very easy to do the check-in process and get a room according to the order that has been made with the app.

It is very easy to access various dining and shopping locations around the accommodation, so there is no need to use a vehicle.

Sorry to give a bad review. Although the reception staff was friendly and kind, but the cleanliness of the room was really lacking. It was a bit dusty, and there was 1 big gecko, 1 baby, plus the toilet was leaking dripping right on the toilet seat, so if you were defecating/urinating while enjoying the heavenly water drops and the room window was not fully closed (using mosquito nets, without glass) so it was really noisy the sound of horns and vehicles from outside 🫠 Access in and out was also blocked by public transportation that parked as they pleased & there were no security guards to help with the flow of entry and exit. Maybe I chose the wrong hotel.
