1. There were so many mosquitoes in the room that I couldn't sleep all night. It felt like camping. 2. People were singing while drinking Bintang in the hotel yard until midnight, which was very disturbing, and motorbikes were racing around the hotel area. 3. There were several spider webs in the room, and the bathroom floor was slippery, as if it had never been cleaned. 4. There were still lots of handprints on the glass. 5. The worst part was that the hotel's lights went out 🤣🤣🤣🤣. And there was no way to turn them on because they were broken 🤣🤣🙈🙈🙈. We were told to wait for the PLN to come. Isn't there a backup 1, 2, 3 for electricity?

Overall, I loved my staycation here; this was my second. When I'm stressed out with work and need my own space, this is the best place.

long time to refill soap, arrived at night but my husband was in the toilet and said he wanted to come back again ehhh until we checked out he didn't come back I was lazy and went back and forth to the receptionist, it was tiring!!!! The mat was really bad, torn, not worth it even though it was under 300 thousand but you have to ask for toilet facilities

Everything looks good, unfortunately stayed in room 001. Everything is very good except for some small annoying details. 1. The curtains can't be closed properly, it seems the rail is broken. 2. The sink faucet is very small and the opening is disturbed. 3. Amenities such as toothbrushes are not available

For the room is good, the only minus when I stayed there was the sheets and pillowcases smelled of jigong as if they were not changed by the previous occupant. Success always.

The hotel staff is friendly, the wifi connection is fast, the room and parking are spacious. The rest is good and worth it for a room with a low price. It's just that there are probably no toiletries (besides soap) and the sheets are a bit dirty. It's still understandable because I only rented the place for overtime. But overall it's great.

The place is very comfortable, really nice. Next staycation here again 🥰.

It's a cool hotel at a cheap price to get facilities like this. You only have to climb the manual stairs 1 floor if you get to the 2nd floor.

Nyaman, tapi tolong isi dalam kulkas pengunjung sebelumnya dicek kembali. Ada bekas minumannya. Sendalnya juga tidak ada sekarang huhu. Tapi untuk tempatnya dan lain-lain oke.

+/+ Spacious room with all essential amenities.-/- no elevator and ramp from ground to 2nd floor. Ballroom is not soundproof, noise from the graduation event. Drunk woman screamed for almost 1 hour just right in front of my room.

The wifi can't be used. But overall is pretty good.

In the room there is no toothbrush, there is a little soap left. There are no room slippers.

Xaman hotel, clean and quiet. Highly recommend for a place to staycation with loved ones.

Got the price of 199 thousand, the hotel is nice clean comfortable. Thank you very much 🙏🏻 next time if I go to Lombok again I will stay here.
