I stayed for 1 night. My request to get a room on a high floor with a view of KL Tower was fulfilled. Very close to Favilion, lot 10. Many restaurants around the hotel and close to MRT or Monorail

Room was very noisy from some racing car outside around midnight for hours. I think your soundproofing was very bad in my room. I even can hear the neighbor enter their room via the sound of the tapping card.

Im having pleasant stay in this hotel. The location is really good, everything is just walking distance only to the center of the city. The rooms also very good ambiance. Though just 1 minor things, the tv is android tv type but it cannot connect to the wifi room, so i can’t access youtube or any other apps inside it. But, the infinite pool and the scenery from my room are very good. Definitely will come back again!

I have stayed here 3 times, always take the smallest room type because it is only for sleeping, the room price is affordable, the location is strategic and the hotel is still new.

Location is convenient, room is great and price is very competitive. But there was a water supply cut on one of the nights. Not sure if this is a one-off issue. Also, the lift lobby is very warm and waiting time for the lifts is rather long. Hotel management may want to optimize the lift algorithms so that waiting time is shortened.

The location is very strategic, the service is very good, ask for help, the staff is friendly, only to check in it takes a long and long queue..maybe the check in/out system needs to be improved so that it is more effective and there is no congestion, the room is very comfortable, clean..it's just a shame the hotel doesn't have a restaurant, if there was one it would be better and not be a hassle to find breakfast..

The hotel is nice, access everywhere is close, lots of delicious food around the hotel. The swimming pool is nice, the room is comfortable with enough space.
