Fantastic Stay – Thanks, Frankie! I had a wonderful stay at Virgin Hotel Chicago! The rooms were modern, comfortable, and full of thoughtful details. The location was perfect, and the rooftop bar had amazing views. A huge shoutout to Frankie at the front desk—friendly, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make my stay special. We stayed for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was magical! Eddie and Mia went out of their way to give us a romantic weekend, from decorating the room to giving us breakfast vouchers! I highly recommend this hotel not just for the hospitality, but also for the shower (that water pressure!!) and the proximity to The Chicago Theatre. I have a feeling we’ll be back 😊

Great location. Close to everything but not in the heart so it is quiet. Staff is very friendly and made the stay even better. Rooms were nice and clean with a good view. outdoor section on rooftop was closed due to rain but still a good view from inside. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again

Really enjoyed my stay. Daryl and the staff are amazing folks. The rooms are super clean and have nice touches throughout. Loved the tea kettle in the room. The rain shower was rook cool. Look forward to staying here again. The train line nearby can be annoying when trying to go to sleep.

I had booked a room to stay in but sadly it got canceled because of the policy . I get the whole rules things is valid . But the man with a septum piercing who attended us in the morning at 7:11 February 2 , 2025 was super rude . No welcome or anything after we got off our flight from LA . He gave us no energy and we felt so much tension with him. He just kept giving us nasty looks and we didn't feel welcomed at all . We were going to book again since our rooms got canceled but didn't because of him . It was very disturbing and disappointing how someone like that can work in the front office . When his job is to make people feel welcomed.
