The staff and parking attendants were helpful, and the hotel itself was okay, close to the city center. The only thing that disappointed me was the breakfast, which was very disappointing. For a hotel priced above 900, the breakfast should have been okay, even if it was just 1 or 2 menus, it would be enough. However, this was a la carte, and I'm really sorry, but in my opinion, the menu was quite limited. If asked again, would I come back? I'm sure I'd think twice about breakfast like that, but thanks to the staff. Please consider the breakfast, it's a shame that for a hotel with such great potential, customers are discouraged from coming back.

Especially since guests are tired!!! - The overflowing sink is a sign that there has never been a report or even a routine check by the hotel. The water overflows when used for brushing teeth or even washing your face. The bathroom is cramped; using the shower just to brush your teeth and wash your face will make all your clothes wet. Please think more about customer comfort. - The restaurant for breakfast: when you enter the service, it's like entering a boarding house. The young people serving seem overwhelmed because there are no plates for fruit, and suddenly they have to wash them first! (There's no cleaning staff), and the drinking glasses don't fit the water dispenser (the glass is higher than the dispenser faucet). Please pay attention to the details, okay? The customer is king... Small things like this can ruin your comfort.

My 2nd stay at Miers Kuningan, and I still loved it.

When I go to Jakarta, I always go to Miers Kuningan, the location is strategic, it's close to everywhere, the hotel is clean, very comfortable, feels like home, the hotel staff are very friendly, 10 thumbs up for the cool staff.

Frontliners, especially receptionists, please behave. Attitude and services are still lacking, please improve.

It's quite good, the hotel is clean and smells good, it doesn't provide smoking rooms so studio 23 room 253 is good for smokers because the smoking area is right in front of the room.
