The room was super nice, spacious, clean, and complete with great facilities like an iron, hairdryer, and even a washing machine. Nothing to worry about in terms of the amenities. Overall, it was really comfortable. The location is also quite strategic, not too far from the Bukit Bintang area.
However, what really matters in a hotel is hospitality. Sadly, the staff were not friendly at all. No smiles, very cold attitude, and the way they talked was very blunt, it didn’t make us feel welcome or at ease.
Another issue: there's a cash-only deposit of RM300. I didn’t have that much cash, so I had to go out and walk around 7 minutes to find an ATM. They didn’t accept credit cards for the deposit, which was quite inconvenient.
During check-in, there were two staff members — one female and one male. The female staff seemed quite unapproachable, while the male staff was slightly better, but still neither of them smiled.
Also, note that check-in and key collection isn’t done at the main lobby — you have to go down to B1.
