Yes, the food is far from Grand Hyatt. Totally beyond the expectation of food in this hotel. Disappointed.

Everything was good, checked in was smooth handled by Mas Reza and his friend I forgot his name but thanks a lot. Also got a compliment cake by Keraton was amazing! the room is so big especially the bathroom is my fav part. maybe they only need to fix the telephone it didnt work, youtube maybe or netflix so we have more things to do, the restaurant was ok, but the service at the restaurant not that good specially the ladies.

After a long time not staying here again because during the pandemic, this hotel was not operating, finally Keraton @ the Plaza reopening/rebranding and I stayed during its soft opening. As usual, the service at this hotel is extraordinary, no doubt. The service is even different from other 5-star hotels. A hotel with a modern concept room with a typical "palace" atmosphere of Yogyakarta that is eye-catching. What I like the most is the design of the room itself, modern and aesthetic, making me and my family want to come back here. Highly recommended hotel.
