Alhamdulillah, this hotel is really comfortable, clean, and Sharia. Keep it sharia so that it brings blessings to the owner and crew of the hotel. Overall, it is very good, btw, try to consider having a refrigerator at the reception so that you can pack frozen food for souvenirs. Thank you, always be successful.

the hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. the hot water works well, the AC is cold and also uses a smart TV. only the staff is a bit stiff so it seems less friendly even though they are actually good. recommended, must try 👍👍

There are no towels, doormats, drinking water, and there is no hanger in the bathroom either.

The hotel is still very new, very clean, neat, all the furniture is still smooth, very comfortable while staying here. There are only a few things lacking such as hangers in the wardrobe at least 2pcs, hangers for the toilet are not there, trash cans in the room (there is a large trash can but the position is outside in front of the parking area, only if you are lazy, you just pile it up inside), the rest is all great. the staff are all friendly. next time I go to Pekanbaru, this will be my mainstay for a vacation stay

nice clean room but the location is a bit remote. no toothpaste. toothbrush is okay not given because most people who travel usually have one but toothpaste seems to be rarely brought. but it would be better if toiletries were provided
