Though the building is quite old, our stay is very comfortable with their daily room cleaning service and water/coffee supply. Loved the daily towel replacement. We stayed in deluxe room with fridge and big ac! They have new elevator installed just recently. All staff are friendly and approachable. I will surely come back. 4-night stay in Bangkapi. When I was business trip in Bangkok or sight seeing, I will be booking the Livote Hotel (Hua Mark) Bangkok every time because it's easy to go anywhere and not far from Suvarnabhumi Airport also reasonable price.

Good room but a bit far from main roads. It's about 8-900m. No shop near by, you should walk 1km to reach out for 7-11 or local shop.

Very good value compare to the price, 711 nearby. The only downside is that it is quite far from the central, no BTS or MRT nearby.
