the staff at the location were very friendly and helpful, ticket exchange was fast, the entry flow to the museum was also very clear. The museum is child friendly, because there are many explanations in language that is easy for children to understand

We’ve been to Museum Macan for several times. This time, it’s for Patricia Piccinini’s art exhibition and we enjoyed it a lot. It’s both quite disturbing and interesting at the same time. Looking forward to the next event.
