- Children under 3 years old can join the tour free of charge. - Children aged 3 - 10 years old will be charged the full adult price.

- This tour is not recommended for children under 15 years of age and the elderly as it includes going down into the cave using a rope.

- Please leave your valuables at the hotel or in the car. There is no storage area for luggage at the location of the tourist attraction.

- Prices may change if there is a change in the price of entrance tickets to tourist attractions, gasoline, or other factors related to local tourism policies.

- Please bring valid proof of identity (KTP or KITAS).

- Foreign participants if they do not have a Kitas are subject to additional entrance fees for tourist attractions from the difference in entry tickets for Indonesian citizens

- The Open Trip will be joined by other participants that you may not have known before, while the Private Tour will be attended by a group of participants that you have set yourself.
