friendly and helpful staff, great view

The duration in the skybox was too fast, I didn't even prepare the photos and it was already finished... but overall everything else was ok & an exciting & tense experience🔥

We arrived early, around 9 AM, even though our scheduled time was 10 AM. We did this to avoid the crowds, and when we got there, only two groups, including us, were waiting to enter the Sky Box. To our surprise, we were only given 45 seconds to take pictures, despite being almost the only people there. I was shocked by how rushed the experience was, and because of it, I didn’t manage to get any good photos. It felt unreasonable to be hurried when there was no one else waiting. We had spent over P1,400+ for tickets to three attractions, and we were done in less than an hour! For what we paid, the experience wasn’t worth it at all. You can enjoy the same view from outside the KL Tower or simply admire the building itself without the extra cost. Total waste of money.

We initially planned on purchasing the tickets in person, but upon comparing the prices on Traveloka, we found that they were 20% more affordable. Therefore, we decided to utilize the Traveloka app for our ticket purchase instead.

The price is cheaper than others and easy to redeem, highly recommended

Cannot be used because the ride is closed due to cloudy weather (it rained before) Better to check the weather forecast for tomorrow before buying, because tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled

no regrets coming here, from before dusk until dark, the view is beautiful

The view from skydeck is amazing, can see every part of the city from there. Unfortunately, the crowd management when you want to go down from the observation deck to Lower Ground is terrible. I have to wait for 1 hour to go down. People in front of me also complaining for the crowd management, only 1 elevator can be use for going down from the observation deck and usually it was already full from people going down from the skydeck. Need to improve on how to control the crowd who want to go down from the observation deck.

It's worth the experience, everyone, the ticket exchange is very quick, you can use it directly. The only problem is that the sky box only gives each person exactly 45 seconds to take photos. The photographer can take longer, but for a fee, it's about 4-5 minutes.

staff not friendly..and had to walk upstairs...wait for the pickup vans, there are none

Because we have bought tickets/vouchers online, we don't have to queue when buying tickets on site. very simple and easy.
