I bought one buy one get free for this ticket on three days before I went to the place. My paid ticket was emailed immediately but not for the free one. Then I contacted the customer service by chat, they assisted until I got the free one by email. The lesson I got: do not buy the ticket suddenly. But thanks for the customer service assistance.

Mom and dad were happy during the visit at Madam Tussauds its a good family place the displays were real to life and very informative. Price wise its good and your getting more than what you pay for the experience.

It's richer now, last time 2019 there weren't too many and wide, it seems like there's no Soekarno statue in SG, but so far it's good 👍 it's not boring to walk here, apart from taking photos it's also for knowledge and history 👍

Overall experience was indeed great. It was the 1st time to Madame Tussauds for my wife and I, we really enjoyed our time there, it's just the right pace within 2 hours. Well done and keep it up!

My favorite part of trip is the chance to take pictures with my most respected leaders.

The wax models looks so real. Enjoy taking pics with most of them. Marvel 4D experience is also very good.

Upon reaching we still have to Q to get the physical tickets, would be good if e-tickets is provided instead

For adults this place is quite enjoyable but not suitable for kids, the place is dark like a bit scarcely
