Very bad experience !!! The StarHub didn’t sent me any instruction to redeem the eSim, I have to bought a totally new one at the airport for 48 SGD !!! The StarHub station at the Changi Airport was not supportive, they told me to contact back to Vietnam cause they can’t help me even though they were StarHub company ?? I contacted the Traveloka for support and they have sent me back the eSim QR code, but the procedure was complicated (not like GoHub that I used to buy for my Malaysia trip). Extremely frustrated !! Never bought it again !!

I booked for 25 june redemption however due to some personal issue I can’t fly to Singapore on that date and try to use it on 26th June yet can’t redemption anymore . By far ; Im supposed to able to do redemption although I’m late for a day . Coz I’m purchased 7 days package : it just doesn’t make any sense . It ended up I purchase from other companies even I’m late for 3 days I’m still able to use it ..
