Reservation Methods－ (choose one):

- An advance reservation is required directly to the spa (This is a must to do to secure your preferred time slot)
- If your preferred time slot is fully booked, the spa will recommend an alternative time slot
- Amendment Policy: If you have a confirmed spa appointment and need to make changes, you can do so by contacting the spa at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment

— Shower Facilities —

Spa Packages and Spa Massages that do NOT include the shower facilities: Traditional Thai Massage, Foot Massage, Head Back and Shoulder Massage, Thai Balm Massage, Thai Herbal Ball Massage, Tok Sen Massage, Bamboo Massage, Siam Massage, Fah Lanna Foot Treatment, Office Syndrome Retreat, Siam Herbal, and Fah Lanna Northern Style

For the above packages the Loose, comfortable clothing is provided for this treatment. As this type of massage or spa package does not require the use of oils or creams, showers are not necessary and your allocated treatment rooms will not have a shower. Guests who prefer a shower before their massage are advised to do so prior to arriving at the spa.
