We booked a night tour bus cause we want to see Hanoi with its lights. Redemption was easy. They provided conical hat, ear phones for information, and rain coat. However, it started to rain lightly before we begin the trip and the rain got really bad as we begin. We couldn't see anything and the bus just continued the route. The voice recording was not working properly (not matching the actual location). Nothing to see with the heavy rain and strong wind. At the end of the trip, they just gave us rain coat and ushered us out the bus into the rain. Check the weather if you want to go. No refund, no cancellation, no change time. Btw, we took the bus on a weekend so the meet point was at Hanoi Opera House. Difficult to get taxi during rain to go back to hotel so ended up walking back to our hotel near Hoan Kiem Lake. The road near the lake got flooded when it rains heavily. Not the provider fault but check the weather.

The day I went, it rained heavily, so not many people went that night. The weather after the rain plus the street lights were very beautiful, but what I found lacking was the handling after the rain. Since the rain had stopped before, if you know the passengers, you should wipe the seats, and put away the headphones before the rain so they don't get wet. The rest was fine, sitting high up and looking at the city with beautiful lights, the commentary helped me understand more about this city, but the service feeling made me not satisfied with the money spent. Thank you driver for driving safely!

I bought a 4 hour ticket, the staff saved my number to call and said that every 1.5 hours someone would call to let me know the bus was coming, but I waited forever and no one called so I had to catch the bus myself. I don't really understand but whatever.

Fun, ticket exchange point easy to find (hanoi opera house), easy exchange. The tour was fun, the tour time was 1 hour.

I chose to watch the evening view. It was raining. There was no waiting seat, so I wanted the staff to call us to sit and wait in the bus. But the bus door opened a little later than expected. They have hats and raincoats available for use. The rain became heavier, making it difficult to enjoy the view as much as we should have. But overall, it was considered a good experience.

More effort to find the counter. Map doesn't mach, just follow the address not map pict shown. But after found the counter it's easy to redeem. Good

They provide earplug but many voice plug at seat are not functional. It's broken! So we didn't know where we were and what we saw. The driver is professional in driving on the narrow road. We pay 4 hours but can use only 1.30 hours. because we just see things one round.
