The trip was at 8:15 a.m., but we had to wait for the train to arrive until about 9:00 a.m. before departing. The waiting time was a bit long, but we received very enthusiastic service with enough water and fruit.

Before, there was a staff who confirmed, the pier guide was okie, enough fruit and water and the right amount. However, our group of 23 people was sold through Bao Anh, Bao Anh led us to the Da Nang ship. The pier at the foot of Tran Thi Ly bridge was very chaotic and crowded. No prior notice required to register passenger names, long wait, the ship departed late, our group had grandparents with limited mobility. There was NO Champa dance as described. Very frustrating.

I booked the My Xuan ship, the manager called to confirm very okie.
But the pier was too crowded (under Tran Thi Ly bridge), it was very chaotic. When we arrived, our group of 23 people was sold to Bao Anh ship company, Bao Anh led us to Da Nang ship (said Bao Anh and Da Nang had the same owner).
The ship did not buy Cham, did not notify in advance, had to register passenger names, very time consuming and was sold to the group, so the ship departed very late. Full of fruit and water. Squid 200k/plate, the staff on the ship were friendly.
Because there were many elderly people in our group, the group was sold to the group quite annoyingly. Because my grandparents have limited mobility

According to the address, it was 26 Bach Dang wharf, but when I got there, I found out that the wharf was closed to serve the fireworks display. Although I was still able to catch the train on time, I still had to waste time going back and forth, which had a very negative impact on the experience. It was my first time visiting Da Nang and I was a bit disappointed.

The staff is friendly, the owner even took the initiative to call me in advance to avoid me going to the wrong address. The only crime is that it took a little while for the train to leave, but the drinks on the train are delicious, you must try the avocado smoothie! Very delicious

Extremely worth a try, reasonable cost for a trip, the afternoon feels more healing because it's against the wind.
Not exactly on time for departure, felt like it was going quite fast. Free refills of fruit and vegetables, plus bottled water. It opens with an extremely beautiful dance performance. 🇻🇳💃

When I booked tickets on the Traveloka app, there were 2 types of tickets:
1. Cruise ticket.
2. Cruise ticket + unlimited drinks.
And I bought number 2.
When I got on the boat and asked the waiter about unlimited drinks, the waiter said he didn't know about this service and then greeted me, would I like to order drinks and pay?
I think if the cruise cannot control the sale of different types of tickets to customers, it's best not to open package number 2.
I'm disappointed with this service from the organizer.

We had an absolute blast. Everything was punctual and well planned. They offer fruit and water for free. We decided to get some peanuts and juice as well. I wouldn’t recommend the orange juice but the peanuts were great

A worthy experience to do when traveling in Da Nang is to see the city at night, especially when the Dragon Bridge is erupting with fire.

I arrived just 3 minutes before the train time, because My Xuan train was full, so I was transferred to another train of equal quality by the ticket counter staff. On board you are offered a bottle of water and a plate of watermelon for each table (2 or 3 people). The night scene in Da Nang is very beautiful, this is a very worthwhile experience, especially if you can go on Saturday and Sunday evenings when the Dragon Bridge breathes fire.
