coupon exchange is very easy, bus routes are clear, there are headphones with several languages (except Indonesian 😂), close if you want to find cheap souvenirs, stop near the lake and walk along the lake towards the main road. Lots of cheap souvenirs here! just take the 90 minute one. It's better to sit on the lower bus because Vietnam is very hot at the end of August. 👍👍

AMAZING AROUND THE CITY OF HANOI

The service is very good, you should experience it, there are raincoats ready for sightseeing and there is support for guests to change to another time.

Interesting experience, traveling around Hanoi city by bus. There will be an explanation from the tour guide which can be heard through the headset.

We use hop on hop off bus for City tour it was great because you can understand and see historical and amusement places in Hanoi , we can stop somewhere and get in to the bus again with the next bus , easy and very accommodate❤️

Interesting trip, memorable experience

It is just like bus tour. You can enjoy the scenery but not much information about the site youre visiting. They give you audio but it is kinda confusing which building theyre talking about since the tape (i suppose) didnt match right on the spot. Well at least thats my experience. I give it 7/10

Good service, car runs smoothly on time

It's quite easy to go around Hanoi without getting tired, but it seems like Traveloka is not well known in Hanoi, so they were a bit confused at first about offering the voucher.

More than satisfied! Exploring the city with something new. The price is also affordable

1) I bought a ticket online at 8am but when I got to the bus, I had to go to the counter to get a paper ticket. I don't understand why I couldn't use the QR code to scan the ticket code. 2) The person who got the physical ticket at the counter for me was very slow. 3) After that, even though I bought a ticket to get on the bus at 8am, the person who printed the physical ticket told me I couldn't get on the bus because the bus was full (very unreasonable). He told me I had to wait for the 9am bus. 4) After that, I still asked to get on the bus standing and found out that there were still seats with the same number of tickets as we had bought. So the staff couldn't check the exact number of tickets that had been purchased. The bus went too fast and didn't stop at the scenic spots to experience, admire, and take pictures. It was like going for an achievement. I was very dissatisfied with the trip, from the experience to the service.

I trusted and paid in advance for the ticket, but when I arrived at the pick-up point as instructed, the Opera House, I did not see any bus from this company. When I asked, the ticket seller at the Opera House said that the bus I bought was from another company located on Nguyen Trai Street, so I had to move there to get there. It was terrible, I gave up the ticket and no one contacted me to confirm the ticket and give me instructions. It was like a scam, I lost my money but could not use the service. This was a terrible experience.

Waiting at Old quater Area, it takes 1 hr citytour sightseeing how city looklike, at nite is better for me. what about u ?

The bus has few audio box not working well (broken). The audio also NOT match with the history of building that we passed. Either the bus driver too fast or too slow the audio. 85% we're confuse because of it.
